She also teaches fitness classes at schools using her fun and crazy style to help children see that exercise can be fun. Her first childrens book on healthy eating (Slug and Speedy on Race Day) will be published this summer. Kelly also volunteers time with HOPE Worldwide, an international charity bringing hope and changing lives around the globe.

Kelly is a certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant as well as an Emotional Fitness Coach and a group fitness instructor.
